Getting Started

We can begin by discussing your goals and how we can best work together to achieve them. If you're a buyer, I can show you properties that meet your criteria and email you about properties you are interested in as soon as they come on the market. For sellers, I can prepare a detailed market analysis so you can see what your property is worth in today's marketplace and the best way to market it.

Buyers

Because so many buyers are competing for properties, making the right offer at the right time is key. Working together, we can put together a "clean offer" that will rise above competing offers with the right combination of strong price, fair contingencies, pre-approved financing, and a professional and neighborly presentation to the seller that will establish you as the best-qualified buyer.

Sellers

Multiple offers above your asking price are possible if your property is marketed right. I can analyze what your home is worth in today's market (including prices that comparable properties have sold for recently) and show you specifically how I would sell your property at its highest value. Disclosure documents will be prepared in advance of receiving offers to smooth negotiation and escrow. I'll advise you on which is the best offer – which is not always obvious. Finally, I'll closely monitor the escrow to ensure that the price accepted is the price paid.
